Mechanical rights

In order to obtain the rights to use the music from ADAPT within your production, you, as Producer, have to apply for a license from the local agent for ADAPT in your territory. If there is no agent available in your territory- the licensing will be issued by AMG Scandinavia HB.

Licensing of all music used, should be done before the production is broadcasted. This can be done online or by email. It is your responsibility as a Producer, that this is done properly.

The cuesheet is a valid document for the coming invoice of the license fee, based on a rate card.

If the production is to be broadcasted in Public- eg in TV, radio, Internet, Feature Films etc it is also required that the cuesheet is to be sent to the concerned performing society. (in Sweden eg STIM) Pls see more info about this in the next column. There is no time limitation on the music license- except for commercials- regardless media. All licenses for commercials are valid maximum 1 year and can of course be extended if and when it is required.

Performing rights

It is your responsibility as Producer to provide your client with a copy of the cuesheet when our music has been used in your production.
