    At the Department of State, Jonathan founded and operationalized the DOS/IRM/FO Shared Services team — launching five functional working groups that eliminated redundant processes across the Department and improved service delivery by 30%. He also led the cybersecurity governance strategy that achieved zero critical findings in annual FISMA assessments, reducing vulnerability exposure by 40%.
